There's a lot of people quitting HARPG atm (you do you, guys) and I just thought I'd hop on considering I'm a notorious absentee when it comes to HARPG and I did say to someone that I was taking a little break from my own art.
I'm still here! I want to let you guys know what's been happening and maybe vent a bit, but I'm not gone yet :) My own art is on hold because I don't feel a great muse atm to really draw, or even write that much, so I'm just taking a breather before I dive back in. I love my characters, I love what I've built for myself here, and I love the community that's around me, so I'm not going anywhere for the foreseeable. I'm

SOOOOO Summer-Dressage-Show (https://www.deviantart.com/summer-dressage-show) has a couple of collaborative classes and, of course, I'm going to try to enter again this year :3 I try to enter SDS every year aaaaand it's rare I manage it xD BUT I'M GETTING BETTER AT ACTUALLY ENTERING THINGS, RIGHT?
I would like to enter into the Pas De Deux, so I'm looking for someone with horses that'll look good with mine and a style that'll complement my own :) Don't be sad if I say no to you, it just means I don't think we'll quite gel! But don't be scared to ask, either! Chances are you're underestimating yourself. Digital artists only, please :(

So there was enough interest that I thought I'd do this :giggle: For the next 24 hours this journal has been commandeered by Firelight's resident Bubble Butt, Ryan Reid. Any comments you post on here will be responded to by him. Critique Clinic

So lately I've actually been asked by quite a lot of people for me to give them critique and I thought I'd make a thing out of it. Now, I am, by no means, the best artist out there. I have my own things to improve on and I'm working to progress like I always have, but I feel like I'm at a level where I can help those with less experience build on what they've already got!
So I'm holding a critique clinic until the end of May. To take part in this, there are a few things you'll need:
- Up to five pieces of art you'd like me to critique. I'd rather you bring 5 to the table so I can get a good feel for your art.
- An open mind. I'm not
